CURRENCY

All prices are in USD. Transactions are processed via Stripe or Paypal.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

All packages will be sent out using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority (both with tracking). In the case of possible delays, please allow extra time for packages to arrive outside of their estimated timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item/shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

EU/UK BUYERS: Due to the EU/UK's VAT requirements, we ask you to please purchase our zine at our Etsy store: etsy.com/shop/spamtennazine

BUYERS IN COUNTRIES SUSPENDED BY THE USPS: Note that we cannot ship to any countries suspended by the USPS. If your country is on this list, we recommend looking at forwarding services that can ship to you.

IF YOUR ADDRESS CHANGES

Packages will not be sent until early 2026, so if your address changes, please contact us ASAP to let us know so we can update your shipping information. We are not responsible for any packages sent to incorrect addresses if you do not inform us.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will allow cancellations before preorders close. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to cancel. Once preorders end all sales are final.

MISSING ITEMS

If your package has missing items, please email us within one week of receiving the package with your order number and photos of the product at [email protected].

FOR NEWSLETTER-EXCLUSIVE FREEBIES: If the email you used at checkout is different from the email used to subscribe to the Spamtenna Zine newsletter, please be sure to include the correct email in the remarks of your order. Failure to do so will forego the right to claim the freebie after preorders close.
